LAC works alongside her clients to help design programs. The client is the expert in this area; LAC merely helps to organize the existing program structure and make recommendations for any improvements and/or supplemental components that may enhance outcomes and, in some cases, meet the expectations of the funder. At all times, LAC is working to align the funder's expectations with the client's mission. LAC is known for her innovation and strategic approaches while working closely with program staff and agency executives.
